“New year, new luck” or better “New year, new Eastern vehicle.” Although the new arrival doesn’t really come from the East, it kind of does.
We were on the road again to Thuringia and picked up a new vehicle there. From now on, a Fiat 126 "Bambino" will expand our fleet. When you think of Fiat, you initially think of an Italian, but this little one isn't a true Italian. It was actually built - specifically for the German market - in Poland. So it's a real Eastern vehicle and fits perfectly into our collection.
The condition, in terms of rust and paint, is really very good. But before it can hit the road again, there are still a few small things to take care of regarding the electrics, tank, and brakes.
